PCF8576 LCD segment driver.
This class is a thin wrapper around SegDriver_PCF85176. The PCF8576 uses the same I2C protocol and command set as the PCF85176, therefore no separate implementation is required.
The class exists to provide a chip-specific type for user code and to allow future divergence if PCF8576-specific behavior is needed.
